ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ recently utilized our large inventory of specialized grades to produce a machined-all-over and drilled Tube Sheet. The Tube Sheet was produced from 3-1/2¡± thick 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel Plate with dimensions 57-3/4¡± OD x 6.680¡± ID. Our skilled machinist machined the Tube Sheet with raised-faces on both the top and bottom sides. Once machining was complete, the Tube Sheet was sent to our Quickmill Annihilator? Machining Center for precision drilling of over 100 holes measuring 0.766¡± diameter that required a critical tolerance of +/-.005¡±.
