OMI's organic cotton batting is the highest-grade premium long-staple virgin cotton you can buy. It has been sanitized using OMI's exclusive non-chemical ozone process then garnetted to their unique specifications.

Premium Eco-Wool™

American Humane Certified for animal welfare, OMI's Eco-Wool™ is processed under strict purity controls. It is naturally flame resistant, allowing OMI to meet all federal flammability standards without the use of chemical fire retardants. Wool is a great natural temperature regulator and is also a resilient, durable fiber.

Eco-Friendly 100%-Natural Rubber Latex

Certified by Oeko-Tex to be free of chemicals or other harmful substances, the natural rubber in OMI's mattress cores comes from sustainably harvested rubber-tree sap. The cores are made here in the USA and are therefore not subject to the fumigation required on imported products. OMI use only 100%-natural rubber (with no synthetic blending).

Certified Organic Cotton Fabric and Thread

Oregon Tilth (OTCO) certifies OMI's fabric to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). Even the thread OMI uses is GOTS-certified.

OMI's OrganicPedic® mattresses meet the stringent criteria of the GREENGUARD Environmental Institute (GEI) for low VOC emissions, and are the first to qualify for LEED credits.

Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC)

OrganicPedic® mattresses meet all federal, state, and even Canadian flammability requirements without chemical fire retardants. OMI's mattresses were tested by the CPSC in May 2008, and meet all flammability performance criteria under CPSC Statutes 1632 and 1633.
